Sales and account management has changed irrevocably but the principles remain, the roles remain and the rules are the same - the way to work has changed and the tools are different.

My approach is to offer training/mentorship, either on-site or remote (or both), covering all the sales- and soft skills that are often the change required to move from moderate to major success in sales, and life in general.
