Marika possesses extensive Information Communications Technology experience, where she developed solutions in support of new business focusing on Network, LAN, WAN, Voice, Hosted Solutions, Enterprise Systems Management and Service Desks. She assessed the feasibility and practicality of potential approaches, specifying requirements and establishing decision criteria, and wrote and costed solutions for proposals, service definitions and designed costing models. Marika also successfully transitioned and project managed solutions to production environments.

She had a leading role in architectural designs related to Hosted Contact Centres, Hosted Telephony solutions and Enterprise Systems Management, and Completed the design and implementation of a Collaborative Service Desk for an international client.

Marika has strong key account management skills after spending more than 5 years on one of the largest Global mining and resource organisations, focusing on Service Delivery, Business Development (Retain and Grow), Account- and Relationship Management as well as Contract Management.

She is continuously growing in a variety of ICT focus areas and has exposure to many clients across multiple verticals, inclusive of mining, finance, retail, manufacturing and transportation.

She is a mentor with expertise in communicating across all organisational levels and with cross-functional teams to drive a shared vision for the task at hand and foster a culture of excellence.
